User Agreement

1 General

This Agreement governs your use of the Creation Zone website. Creation Zone reserves the right, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice prominently published on the home page of this website. Your continued use of the website constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your continued use of the website following, including any changes or modifications made by Creation Zone as permitted above constitutes your binding acceptance of the modified Agreement. If at any time the terms and conditions of this Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease all use of this website.

2 Use of Content

2.1 You acknowledge that the website contains information, text, images, graphics and other material (collectively, the "Content") that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights of Creation Zone and third parties. All Content on the website is protected by copyright and/or database right as a collective work of Creation Zone, pursuant to applicable copyright law. You agree to comply with any additional copyright notices, information, all conditions or restrictions described here or contained in any Content available on or accessed through the Creation Zone website. Users of the website may use the Content only for personal and study purposes, the purposes of your own private study or non-commercial research.

2.4 No deep links (i.e. links that by-pass the Creation Zone home page) to our website may be included in any other website without our written permission.

2.5 If you are an educator, please note that you may not reproduce any Content for your students. You should instead provide your students with the URL of the Creation Zone website.

Creation Zone may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the website at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content, without prior notice or liability.

5 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6 Miscellaneous

6.1 This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties irrevocably consent to bring any action to enforce this Agreement in the English courts. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. If any inconsistency exists between the terms of this agreement and any additional terms and conditions posted on the website, such terms shall be interpreted as to eliminate any inconsistency, if possible, and otherwise, the additional terms and conditions shall control.

Creation Zone does not store any of your personal information in cookies. The only information stored in the cookie is a 30 digit randomly generated string of digits (automatically created by the web server) which is used as a means of identifying you to the server. Unless you specify otherwise in your 'User Preferences', the cookie will be deleted by your web browser upon leaving the site.

8 Personal Album

To create your own album of resources, you need to register and create a user profile for this website. You are required to submit your name, email address and a username and password. This information will be used to enable you to access albums that you have created. All information that you submit will remain confidential and will not be passed to any other organisation.
